One of the best Spain Tapas place in town.
Everything are reasonable price, server is perfect, food is just like what you can get from Spain. Wine is wonderful. Will come back very soon.
Must try -

Brought my family here for the paella as I had an amazing one a couple years ago here.
Something has changed since the last time I came. The paella had barely any fish in it and if you took a bite of the rice with closed eyes, you wouldn't guess it was a seafood paella. So I'm updating my initial review to warn others. Very disappointed as I build up my family's expectations and the restaurant did not deliver. -

Was looking for paella and was originally going to the restaurant down the road but it had closed down so we found this place. Boy are we glad we did! Service was top notch and very friendly. Food was authentically Spanish as the owner and manager (who spoke perfect English) are from Barcelona. We had the steamed octopus and seafood paella. Although the paella was (at least in my opinion) a bit light on seafood, it was excellent! Went perfectly with our jug of sangria. Saved enough room for desert which was excellent as well.
If you're looking for great tapas and paella at a reasonable price, this is the place. They also have live music starting at 8:30 on some evenings. -

If you are looking for Spanish food (as opposed to Mexican) in Playa del Carmen, this is going to be your best bet. Located just a few steps off the main "Quinta" pedestrian mall, they are friendly and offer a good selection of tapas, paella, and other Spanish favorites.

A Spanish restaurant in Playa Del Rey. The owner, Luis is from Barcelona and he has brought the delicious flavors of Catalonia to the Playa. The sirloin tapas is sooooo good. I was there during low season so it was only our table and a table of locals having drinks and talking so it had a homey feel to it. We had the Arroz Negro (squid ink paella) which was great too. I loved their food. Will be goong back for sure every time we're in Playa. Visca Catalunya! Visca el Barca!
